1H-magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging (1H-MRSI) provides information about cellular activity as a metabolic map. We developed the non “volume of interest” (non-VOI) 1H-MRSI. Non-VOI MRSI provides us clinically relevant information and insight into metabolic state of diseases. Figure shows a metabolite maps (Choline, Creatine, N-acetyl Aspartate) of Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) clearly presenting the spatial distribution of tumor distribution beneath the cranial bone.
